  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 200 grams Fresh plums, diced
  • 100 grams Amaretti biscuits, crushed
  • 30 grams Slivered almonds (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
