  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil or butter (for greasing the pan)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and mash the ripe plantains in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
