  • 100 grams Peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 50 grams Chopped peanuts (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, peanut butter, and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the bowl and beat until fully incorporated.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until the dough comes together. Do not overmix.
