  • 500 grams pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for dusting)

  • 150 grams gorgonzola cheese
  • 150 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 10 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough to about 5mm (1/4 inch) thickness.

Using a 7-8cm (3-inch) round cutter or the rim of a glass, cut out mini pizza bases from the dough. Gather the scraps, re-roll, and repeat until you've used up the dough.
