Ingredients

  • 300 g Elbow macaroni
  • 200 g Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 200 ml Pizza sauce
  • 100 g Pepperoni slices
  • 100 g Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium Bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 50 g Black olives (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (for greasing pan)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Cook the elbow macaroni in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package directions, then drain and let cool slightly.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, 150g of shredded mozzarella cheese, 50g of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 large eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure the macaroni is evenly coated.

Step 4

Grease a round pizza pan or oven-safe skillet with olive oil. Spread the macaroni mixture evenly across the pan, pressing it down firmly to form the crust.

Step 5

Bake the macaroni crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the crust has set.

Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top.

Sprinkle the remaining 50g of shredded mozzarella cheese and 100g of shredded cheddar cheese over the sauce.
