  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 12 pieces Pepperoni slices
  • 6 pieces Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, gently pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

Step 3

Rub each chicken breast with olive oil, then sprinkle on both sides with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
