  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage

  • 30 pieces pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 unit cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
