Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
