  • 1 ball (about 12 oz) Pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 0.5 cup Tomato sauce
  • 8 oz, sliced Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz, thinly sliced Prosciutto
  • 0.25 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 handful Arugula
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cornmeal

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or an inverted baking sheet on the middle rack.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer it to a pizza peel or the back of another baking sheet that has been lightly dusted with cornmeal.

Brush 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the surface of the dough. Spread the minced garlic evenly over the surface.
