  • 1 pound Pizza dough
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Italian sausage
  • 1.5 cups Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup Green bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, diced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 piece Egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease four oven-safe ramekins or small bowls.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

Divide the pizza dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle large enough to cover the tops of the ramekins with some overhang.
