Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with nonstick spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the milk and vegetable oil.
