  • 2 tablespoons Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 pieces Pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons Cooked mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your jaffle maker (also known as a sandwich press or pie iron) according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Step 2

Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over one side of each slice of bread.

Step 3

Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese onto one slice of bread on top of the pizza sauce.

Step 4

Layer the pepperoni slices, cooked mushrooms, and diced green bell pepper on top of the cheese.
