  • 12 pieces Egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 24 pieces Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Prepare a clean surface to assemble your egg rolls.

Step 2

Lay one egg roll wrapper flat on the surface with a corner pointed towards you, forming a diamond shape.

Step 3

Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center of the wrapper.

Step 4

Sprinkle about 2-3 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Step 5

Place 2 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese and lightly sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Dip your fingertips in water and moisten the edges of the egg roll wrapper.
