Directions

Step 1

Place one flour tortilla on a clean surface and spread the pizza sauce evenly over it, leaving about 1/2 inch from the edges.

Step 2

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce as the first layer of cheese.

Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese, ensuring each bite will include some pepperoni.
