  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese

  • 0.5 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Bell peppers, diced
  • 0.25 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 as needed Non-stick cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Roll out the pizza dough to about 1/8-inch thickness on a floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal circles, about 3 inches in diameter, using a cookie cutter or the edge of a glass.

Press each circle of dough into a muffin cup, ensuring the dough comes up the sides to create a small cup. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.
