Ingredients

  • 1 pack Refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 20 pieces Pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Lightly dust your work surface with flour and roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12x16 inches.

Step 3

Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into 16 equal squares.

Step 4

Place a small spoonful (about 1 teaspoon) of marinara sauce in the center of each dough square.

Step 5

Add a pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese and a slice or two of pepperoni on top of the marinara sauce.
