Ingredients

  • 8 slices White or whole wheat bread slices
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread until thin. Trim off the crusts if desired.

Spread about 1 to 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce evenly over one side of each bread slice.
