Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F) or the highest setting, and place a pizza stone or an overturned baking tray inside to heat.

Lightly flour your work surface and stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a thin, round shape, approximately 10-12 inches in diameter.
