  • 2 cups White chocolate chips
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package Pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 tablespoons Salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 drops Green food coloring (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Shelled pistachios, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the edges for easy removal. Set aside.

Step 2

In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly stir in the vanilla extract.
