  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1.5 tablespoons Milk (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped pistachios (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease six mini loaf pans or line them with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy using a hand or stand mixer.
