  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped cream topping)
  • 0.5 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
