  • 100 grams Unsalted pistachios (shelled)

  • 120 milliliters Pasta cooking water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 120 milliliters of pasta cooking water before draining.

While the pasta cooks, place the unsalted pistachios in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Set aside.
