  • 0.75 cup Shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
