Ingredients

  • 450 grams asparagus
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Trim the tough ends of the asparagus by snapping or cutting about 1-2 inches off the woody ends.

Rinse the asparagus under cold water and pat dry with a towel.
