  • 100 grams Pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
  • 50 grams White chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
