  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under running water.

Step 2

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Peel the cucumber if desired, then chop it into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl.
