  • 1.5 cups Pinto beans (canned, drained and rinsed)

  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Diced avocado or guacamole
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
