Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bone-in pork chops
  • 6 slices Canned pineapple slices
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple juice (from the canned pineapple)
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze. Stir well to combine.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
