Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crushed pineapple (including juice)
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast

Directions

Step 1

Add the crushed pineapple (including the juice) and water to the bread pan of your bread machine.

Step 2

Add the Dijon mustard and unsalted butter on top of the liquid ingredients.

Step 3

Add the all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt to the bread pan, ensuring the flour completely covers the liquid ingredients.

Step 4

Make a small well in the center of the flour and add the instant yeast. Ensure the yeast does not come into contact with the liquid ingredients at this stage.

Place the bread pan securely into the bread machine and close the lid.
