Ingredients

  • 500 grams fresh pineapple, diced
  • 50 grams brown sugar
  • 100 grams all-purpose flour
  • 50 grams rolled oats
  • 75 grams unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 50 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease an 8-inch (20 cm) baking dish and set it aside.

Step 8

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
