Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the cold cubed butter into the flour mixture using a pastry cutter or your fingers, until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
