  • 1 cup Crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Additional shredded coconut for rolling

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
