  • 2 whole Avocados
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes

  • 0.25 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic to create the marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow container and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
