Ingredients

  • 200 ml Pimm's No. 1
  • 400 ml Lemonade (sparkling)
  • 8 pieces Cucumber slices
  • 4 pieces Orange slices
  • 100 grams Strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 10 leaves Mint leaves
  • 1 tray Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Wash all fresh ingredients thoroughly.

Step 2

In a large jug or pitcher, pour 200 ml of Pimm's No. 1.

Step 3

Add 400 ml of sparkling lemonade to the jug and stir gently to combine.

Step 4

Slice cucumber and orange into thin pieces and add 8 cucumber slices and 4 orange slices to the jug.

Step 5

Add 100 grams of hulled and halved strawberries to the mixture.

Step 6

Tear the mint leaves slightly to release their aroma, then add 10 leaves into the jug.

Step 7
