  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg, freshly grated (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms using a damp paper towel or soft brush. Slice them evenly.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter and olive oil. Once the butter has melted, add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
