Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated breadsticks dough
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside.

Step 3

Open the can of Pillsbury breadsticks dough and carefully unroll it. Lay the dough flat in the prepared baking pan, gently stretching it to fit the pan evenly.

Step 4

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the dough and use your fingers to dimple the surface of the dough. This helps create the characteristic focaccia texture.

Step 5

Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly over the dough, followed by the fresh rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 6

Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top for extra flavor.

Step 7

Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the top of the dough.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown and cooked through. Check for doneness by lifting a corner of the bread to see if the bottom is baked and not doughy.

Step 9

Remove the focaccia from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into squares or rectangles.

Step 10

Serve warm or at room temperature as a snack, side dish, or appetizer.
