  • 16 oz frozen potato and cheese pierogies
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 0.25 cups breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the frozen pierogies and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In the same pot, steam or blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
