  • 1 large White onion
  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro

  • 4 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash all produce thoroughly under cold water and pat dry.

Cut the Roma tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds for a less watery pico de gallo, and dice into small, even pieces. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Peel and finely dice the white onion. Add it to the bowl with the diced tomatoes.
