Ingredients

  • 4 medium Roma tomatoes
  • 1 medium White onion
  • 1 medium Jalapeño pepper
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 small Optional: Garlic clove

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the Roma tomatoes, white onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime under cool water.

Dice the tomatoes into small, even pieces and add them to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Peel and finely chop the white onion. Add it to the bowl with the tomatoes.
