  • 6 Burger buns
  • 2 tbsp Butter, softened
  • 6 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Pickles, sliced
  • 0 Ketchup (optional)
  • 0 Mustard (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, beer, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and chopped onion.

Mix gently with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed, being careful not to overwork the meat.
