  • 6 pieces Whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1 piece Star anise

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the coriander seeds, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, dill seeds, and allspice berries.

Break the bay leaves into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
