Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pickled beets
  • 3 cups Green cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots

  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the green cabbage with a sharp knife or a mandoline to make 3 cups of shredded cabbage. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
