In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.
Add the breadcrumbs and milk. Stir to combine and let it sit for 5 minutes so the breadcrumbs absorb the milk.
Mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley, then add them to the mixture along with the egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. You should get approximately 16 meatballs.
