Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.

Unroll the phyllo dough and cover with a damp kitchen towel to prevent it from drying out.
