  • 12 pieces phyllo dough sheets
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoons ground nutmeg (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
