  • 3 cups Cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces Diced green chilies (canned)
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Enchilada sauce
  • 8 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro (optional for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil or cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened Philadelphia cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, salt, and black pepper. Stir until fully combined and creamy.

Spread about 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
