  • 8 Wooden or metal skewers
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Chopped scallions (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
