  • 1 can (8 ounces) Water chestnuts, drained and diced
  • 2 stalks Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 leaves Butter or Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 0 Optional toppings: chopped peanuts or sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
