Ingredients

  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 2 medium mandarin oranges (peeled and segmented)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 0.25 medium red onion
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the baby spinach leaves. Place them in a large salad bowl.
