Ingredients

  • 4 pieces grouper fillets
  • 2 cups basil leaves
  • 0.5 cups parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, optional
  • 1 sheet parchment paper or aluminum foil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a food processor or blender, combine the basil leaves, grated parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
